I was first drawn to yoga for its physical benefits—but stayed for its profound impact on the mind and spirit. What began as a way to move, stretch, and release stress evolved into a deeper understanding of how mindful movement can transform the way we work, lead, and live.
Rooted in my upbringing in an Indian household, I grew up surrounded by the principles of yoga, often without consciously recognising their influence. It wasn’t until I pursued formal teacher training that I fully appreciated yoga as more than a physical discipline—it is a holistic philosophy that fosters clarity, resilience, and meaningful connection.
My teaching style combines structure with approachability, offering clear alignment cues, mindful breathing techniques, and an inclusive energy that resonates with individuals at all levels. By integrating Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathwork), and mindfulness practices, I create sessions that are both grounding and energising—designed to enhance focus, reduce stress, and improve overall wellbeing in a professional context.
Now based in Amsterdam, I partner with organisations to bring these benefits into the workplace, helping teams cultivate balance, adaptability, and a renewed sense of purpose—on and off the mat.
